When a premium artisanal producer—specializing in traditional Ascoli-style stuffed olives and breaded anchovies—faced a profound corporate renewal, it required more than a simple restyling; it demanded a complete identity rewrite. Thus, the former name "Gusto Re" made way for a new narrative built on authenticity.

An analysis of the company's foundations revealed a perfect synthesis, encapsulated in a single, archetypal word: IL NIDO. In Italian, nido translates to "nest," but it is also the common term for a kindergarten (asilo nido). This naming operates on a dual level: it is a direct homage to the genius loci—as the production facility is physically housed within a former kindergarten—while acting as a semantic container for the brand's core values of warmth, artisanal rigor, and meticulous care.
In shaping the visual ecosystem, we deliberately moved away from the loud and standardized aesthetic codes of the frozen food sector, aiming for a more cultured and essential market positioning.
The heart of the brand promise found its natural expression in the illustrated sign. Claudia Bartoli’s artwork enters the project not as mere ornamentation, but as a narrative voice: a textural, sincere stroke capable of conveying the truest soul of IL NIDO.

Everything revolves around (and behind) a circle.
